Because our offerings are edible and consumable goods, we apply a return policy that balances consumer rights with product safety standards:

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos if relevant.

  • Products eligible for return must be in the same condition as delivered: unopened, sealed, not used or tampered with, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, damaged product, missing parts). For returns due to change of mind, we may accept at our discretion and customer may bear the return shipping cost and handling fee.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy.

  • If the return is due to our fault (defect, damage, shipping error), we will cover the return shipping cost. If due to customer error (change of mind, order error), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and may incur a restocking/handling fee.
