We aim to deliver your orders reliably and timely. Here’s how our shipping process works for our product categories (ghee, jaggery, jaggery powder, mustard oil):
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment confirmation (unless otherwise specified).

  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/ SMS containing tracking details.
    2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Your order will be delivered this same word have to mention.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Expedited shipping: available at additional cost in some zones — delivery in 1–3 business days.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer and may incur additional shipping charges.
    3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight of order, delivery location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value (to be decided by you).
    4. Packaging & Handling

  • Because our products are consumables and may be sensitive to heat/damage (e.g., ghee can melt, oil may leak), we use secure, food-safe packaging to protect the items during transit.

  • We recommend that you inspect your order at delivery — if the package is damaged or items look compromised, please refuse acceptance or make a note with the courier and notify us immediately.
    5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You can track your order via the courier’s tracking link provided. If there is a delay beyond the promised delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking info; we will investigate and assist.
    6. International Shipping

  • If you plan to ship internationally (outside India), additional customs duties, taxes and longer delivery times may apply. The customer is responsible for any customs/import charges. Please check applicable laws before placing an international order.
    7. Address & Shipping Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
    8. Undeliverable Orders

  • If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs and reshipment fees if you still wish to receive the product.
