We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, because our products are food items (ghee, jaggery, jaggery powder, mustard oil) and perishable by nature, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photo evidence) for eligibility.

  • After verification, if the claim is approved, we will offer the choice of: (a) full refund to the original payment method, or (b) replacement product or store credit (at our discretion).

  • Please note: shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the error is entirely our fault (wrong item shipped, missing item, or damaged item).

  • Change of mind, ordering the wrong product or size, or simply not liking the product does not qualify for a refund under this policy (though you may be eligible for a return/exchange per our Return Policy).

  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider/ bank.

  • Refund policy have to add refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that don’t meet the conditions above (e.g., product obviously used, opened, compromised packaging, notified after the time limit, or stored improperly after delivery).
